Hotel Laurin - Salo

We had the best time at this gorgeous place! The staff, especially Julia and Laura, were dead sound and went above and beyond. We loved the pool area, but the breakfast could’ve had a few more options. it was a boss stay!

A beautiful art nouveau villa. Very well preserved, very well maintained - both the interior and the exterior.

We had thought about giving the tip at the end of our stay at the reception desk - in a cash register for all employees. (Whatever we did) That caused the head waiter to completely ignore us at breakfast. I had to look for an employee to place our order. It really upset us. The constant barking of dogs on the neighbouring property was also annoying.

The double room was airy, everything was perfect. The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious with great coffee and omelets, for example and attention to detail. The location was great and stunning for Salo, adjacent to the "fantastic " garden and the lake, the historic centre and By the way : Salo is one of the most pleasant towns on the shores of the otherwise overcrowded Lake Garda. We could drink something at Ristorante Rosa, located 1 km away.

The hotel has a unique historical charm that makes it feel

Like stepping back in time, with beautifully maintained Art Nouveau architecture. The location is slightly affected by road noise, particularly near the more central rooms. The staff are attentive.

Great architecture, wonderful rooms, superb hotel with relaxing garden, fine cuisine, great breakfast in terrace, the best Aperol Spritz from Salo, what more could you wish for? We would like to come back one day

Everything was ok

Beautiful, well-kept house with a well-kept outside arrangement. Attentive, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast! The promenade of Salo is only a few minutes walk away.

All good, fulfills its purpose. The serene pool area provides an ideal spot for relaxation amidst fine greenery.

the breakfast is served on the terrace with fine lake views. it was too hot for comfort in the room.

The restaurant in the hotel was gorgeous and elegant.

This hotel had class written all over it. When we arrived we were upgraded to room with a lake view. Soon after Jackilo arrived with complimentary wine and strawbeeries. We were advised the the restarant was beautiful and he was very true to his word the surroundings and view from the hotel terrance were the best I have ever experienced. The 6 course dinner served was amazing. It was so romantic and we were fortunate enough to experience an eclispe while we ate. Everything about this hotel was top class, the beds were turned down on our return and towels changed for us. The hotel had towels on sunbeds for their guests too.

Was little hard to find initally but we rang hotel and they sent taxi we werent far from the hotel in the town centre and walked it in about 10 mins the next day. Nothing badabout the hotel breakfast was plentiful and staff very helpfull.

The hotel laurin is magnificent with fine art nouveau decor. The rooms are impeccably maintained and offer perfect air conditioning. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun beds, and the staff surprise you with little touches like fresh flowers in your room. Breakfast on the terrace with classical music was a good treat.

The terrace has magnificent views over the lake and their breakfast was delicious with lots of sweet variety. Staff were polite and smiley. Upon check out, we were surprised with a decorated plate as a memorable gift from the hotel which is a very nice gesture on their behind. Reception staff were very friendly.
